Our Pan-Fried Pork Dumplings (guo tie / 鍋貼) are folded by hand each day in our kitchen. The filling — ground pork, napa cabbage, ginger, scallion, soy, and sesame oil — is wrapped in our house-pulled wheat dough, then cooked using the traditional sear-and-steam method that gives potstickers their signature contrast: shatter-crisp bottoms, tender pleated tops, and a gush of savoury juice with the first bite.
Generously portioned and served with black vinegar, ginger, and chili oil for dipping, our dumplings are a long-standing customer favourite at our 16 Ave NW restaurant. Available for dine-in, takeout, and delivery throughout NW Calgary including Capitol Hill, Hounsfield Heights, and Briar Hill.
