Few dishes draw eyes across the dining room like our Szechuan Beef on Sizzling Hot Plate. We sear marinated beef strips with onions, bell peppers, and our house Szechuan sauce — a balance of doubanjiang chili bean paste, garlic, ginger, soy, and a touch of black pepper. The whole stir-fry is then poured over a cast-iron plate heated to over 400°F, sending up a fragrant cloud of steam right at the table.
